The Kings Mountain Art Fair is rated the #1 Fine Arts Fair in Northern California (2015 Art Fair SourceBook). This fair is known for its dramatic redwood forest setting, the high quality of art, and the friendly vibe created by an all-volunteer staff. The event features 135 juried artists across a variety of mediums, all scattered through the redwood forest. It is Mother Nature's art gallery. There's a dedicated children's area with crafts and games as well as face painting. Proceeds from art sales benefit the Kings Mountain Volunteer Fire Brigade and the local elementary school.
