If you're not that into turkey but still want to celebrate the upcoming holidays grandly, consider roasting a chicken. The flavor is much milder than turkey and, in my opinion, the leftovers more versatile. Depending on the size of the crowd you are having, you may need to roast multiple birds as their size, of course, is much smaller than turkey. I assure you, a well roasted chicken is a delight!
