Titanic Iceberg Facts:
The iceberg thought to have been hit by Titanic, photographed the morning of 15 April 1912 by SS Prinz Adalbert's chief steward. The iceberg was reported to have a streak of red paint from a ship's hull along its waterline on one side.

In an interview with the Chicago American newspaper Dahl criticized the speed at which Titanic had been traveling through the ice field, describing how Carpathia had needed to zigzag through bergs whilst collecting survivors.
