Presenters at the 94th 2022 Oscars

Daniel Kaluuya, Lupita Nyong’o, Naomi Scott and More Will Present at 2022 Oscars

Every star-studded event needs its stars. There are also the hosts, and we can’t think of three women better suited to bring the humor, heart and (we’re sure) more than a few surprises than our emcees Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes. And we haven’t even mentioned the star-studded presenters and performers.

The Academy has announced additional presenters for the 94th Oscars!

Daniel Kaluuya, Mila Kunis, Lupita Nyong’o, Naomi Scott, Wesley Snipes and John Travolta join previously announced presenters: Ruth E. Carter, Anthony Hopkfins, Lily James, John Leguizamo, Simu Liu, Rami Malek, Uma Thurman, Kevin Costner, Lady Gaga, Zoë Kravitz, Rosie Perez, Chris Rock and Yuh-Jung Youn.

Youn is, of course, the reigning Best Actress in a Supporting Role winner, taking home the Oscar in 2021 for her performance in Minari. (Who could forget the moment Brad Pitt presented her with the award?)

Yellowstone star Costner is a two-time Oscar winner for Directing and producing the Best Picture winner of 1990, Dances With Wolves, while Gaga won hers in 2019 for A Star Is Born’s Best Original Song.

Kravitz and Perez (an Oscar nominee for Fearless in 1994) have a fun DC superhero connection: The former is Catwoman in this year’s The Batman, while the latter starred as Renee Montoya in 2020’s Birds of Prey.

Rock, meanwhile, has actually hosted the Oscars twice before, first in 2005, then in 2016, and was Emmy-nominated for doing so his second time. Rock was also on hand – alongside Steve Martin – to help open 2020’s hostless ceremony.

The 94th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at the Dolby Theatre at the Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, and will be televised live on ABC starting at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET as well as in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
