Changing our habits is not an easy thing to do and while I'm still not quite ready for Christmas (less than 5 days away) I'm already looking forward to January and a fresh start! When trying something new keep in mind that lasting change cannot happen overnight. In this article, the author shares her experiences with developing the "habit" of meditation.
